ElSalKB is one child project lane inside Shanepedia. It is the El Salvador-specific knowledge and operator system: places, guides, travel plans, business ideas, photo ingest, and site-help opportunities.

What it is for

• grounding agents in El Salvador-specific travel and operator context
• building small business and partnership ideas from real local signals
• turning trips, photos, and conversations into durable research assets
• supporting spin-outs such as local operator sites, funnels, and outreach

What it is not

ElSalKB is not the container for Shane's identity, history, or total business map. It is one active lane that should constantly feed its best signals back into Shanepedia.

Operating rule

When something learned in ElSalKB generalizes into founder strategy, product design, relationship strategy, or a new venture idea, write that lesson back into Shanepedia instead of leaving it trapped in the El Salvador lane.

Runtime note

The ElSalKB trip database, autoresearcher, and Ralph loop configs still live in the child elsalkb repo. Shanepedia should call them from the parent repo and gradually replace hard-coded lane assumptions with parent-controlled orchestration as more lanes are added.
