Dual-audience offer design (public + operator)
The Stay at Bitcoin Beach model maps well to the Shanepedia portfolio strategy: one content layer for broad public utility, and one layer for operator-level planning and business decisions.
Public layer
Public-facing content should prioritize:
- location clarity (El Zonte vs Punta Mango)
- who each location is best for
- transparent amenities and logistics
- onboarding for Bitcoin and travel basics
Operator layer
Operator-facing content should track:
- partnership targets (hosts, local operators, transport, experiences)
- conversion friction points and mitigation patterns
- pricing/packaging hypotheses by traveler segment
- repeatable itinerary blueprints linking west + east coast stays
Implementation implication for the current El Salvador lane
The same source can generate two artifacts:
- a public-safe destination and planning page
- an operator-only strategy note with leverage, risks, and opportunities
This split should become the default ingest behavior for business-relevant travel sources.
It should also be treated as a reusable pattern for other Shane-led sites, service businesses, and operator funnels.
